Interesting question: I am thinking that the answer would be no. It all depends on what your definition of manly is though. However, if you are referring to erectile dysfunction or sexual side effects including sexual drive, then perhaps there could be a negative impact to the introduction of sertraline.

Zoloft: I have never seen a man become less manly on zoloft but there is potential for sexual side effects. Ejaculation failure may occur in 10% or more. In 1 to 10% there may be decreased libido, erectile dysfunction or impotence.Premature ejaculation may occur in less than 0.1%. See: https://www.drugs.com/sfx/zoloft-side-effects.html
