Breast tenderness.: Breast pain can be from many reasons. The most common is the tenderness that fluctuates from the menstrual cycle. This is a normal process and not worrying. If you notice pain in one breast and not the other, then this could be a sign of cancer, infection, or other worrisome process. If you are worried, you need to go see a doctor for an exam. Don't forget your yearly mammograms!
