Need an evaluation: It is usually due to an abnormal connection between your bowel and the vaginal wall. It can be due to different conditions such as a traumatic/instrumental delivery, cancer treatment etc... It can be corrected surgically. Please see your obgyn or general surgeon and they will be able to guide you.
