Pregnancy test: Just check a pregnancy test before starting the clomid (clomiphene) as it could be pregnancy related bleeding. Otherwise it could be your endometrium is fairly thin and you didn't have much tissue to shed. If the test is positive call your physician so he/she can start some prenatal vitamins and see if he/she wants you on progesterone.
