Conception: Typical pregnancy tests from a store will turn positive two weeks after ovulation if you are pregnant. You can try testing two weeks after finishing clomid (clomiphene), (clomiphene) although that may be a bit early to get a positive result. If it is negative try again a few days later. The test should turn positive by three weeks after you finish the clomid (clomiphene).
