Dermatitis: You should get checked by a gyn or dermatologist. Is it the clitoris or the clitoral hood.? Spontaneous itching without any stimulation could be from soaps or perfumes or some sensitivity to a chemical. If you arent having sex but are rubbing or masturbating then this could be physical irritation. You need to have a thorough conversation to determine the source.
