Cervical polyp: Bleeding during sexual intercourse can be
cause by the presence of a cervical polyp
(a benign condition) or a cervical erosion,
which cause the cervix to bleed during or
after sexual intercourse.

Friction sensitivity: The cervix is quite sensitive and only has a thin lining covering it. Any friction or abrasion can result in "post coital" bleeding -- which is what you are describing. In general, it is not something to be concerned about, especially if your pap smears are negative. Perhaps an alternative position where the cervix is not as prone to injury may decrease bleeding. Good luck.
