See below: Your question is not completely clear to me, but i think you mean that you are having a semen-like discharge during bowel movements. This is a common finding in men with prostatitis, and can also be observed in men without that condition who are constipated. If the issue persists and is bothering you, i would recommend seeing a urologist or you primary care doctor.
