See a doctor: This very well could be an infection, whether it be a sexually transmitted disease or otherwise. It sounds like urethritis which can be caused by multiple bacteria including chlamydia or gonorrhea. Please seek help in person and avoid sexual contact until you have been evaluated. Best of luck.
