It's too early: Spotting or bleeding can occur around the time of ovulation when estrogen hormone levels drop. Progesterone hormone 'kicks in' to stop the bleeding. An embryo implanting in your uterus does not cause bleeding - "implantation bleeding" is really early pregnancy bleeding. It's too soon to know if you're pregnant or not this month. If bleeding persists we check for polyps, fibroids, hormone issues.
