Correction: I was mistaken about my first draft of this answer; my apologies. Cialis showed improvement beginning almost immediately; 60% of total improvement was seen at 1 week. By 4 weeks, almost 100% of available improvement was seen with no further improvement beyond 8 weeks. The improvement was approximately double that of placebo. Sorry for my earlier, inaccurate reply.

Bph: You should notice improvement within one week. Usually after one month, if symptoms donot improve significantly, we would recommend moving on to other therapy.
