Mental health: An erection is more than 50% about your mind than about your body. If your penis works as you describe then you are either worrying too much and setting yourself up to fail, or you are not attracted to your partners. You may need to get some therapy about this or find a way to get your mind out if the way.

Erectile dysfunction: Let's get some basics out of the way. Morning erections suggests that one has enough testosterone. Ability to maintain an erection during masturbation suggests that blood flow is not an issue, as is more typical of middle age & older ed. Finally, younger age suggests ed more likely a consequence of performance anxiety and/or poor relationship plus tobacco, excess alcohol, work, money, family etc.

Thank you, your answer was very helpful! How to get rid of this? My partner hates it and i feel she avoids it. So, your answer re your partner suggests that your relationship is in a reasonably good place. Assuming all the other factors eg tobacco, alcohol, stress, etc, don't come into play, talk to your doc about prescription assistance eg Viagra et al. Of course, some others might suggest that you dig a bit deeper into your psyche & relationship if you can maintain an erection while masturbating. Because there are different means to provide satisfaction, at the risk of sounding rude, consider experimenting to see what happens during mutual masturbation. That could go a long ways towards explaining whether the ED is from the head on your shoulders or between your legs, so to speak.
