Yes: Any time there is bleeding during pregnancy, there is cause to worry. In your case, the bleeding may be due to local vaginal tear or irritation from intercourse. As a precaution, it would be advisable to refrain from intercourse and wait to see that the bleeding subsides. If it does not, see your health provider or ob/gyn.
