Why do i have dull right testicle ache. what is going on here?

Acute of chronic?: Acute- could be bruising or trauma. If of longer duration (several weeks) most likely epididymitis. Testicular torsion and varicocele would not be likely. See your doctor. I suspect low grade infection!
