Period started 4 days late. had pains in my abdomen 3weeks consist before & sore nipples. period started i saw a big bloody clot thing bigger than a quarter. could i had been pregnant& miscarried?

Yes, possible: There could be a few reasons fro the late period and symptoms - you were pregnant and had a very early miscarriage - you had an ovarian cyst: that can cause irregular periods and pain - you ovulated later the usual this months so your period came late.
