Plan B: It is impossible to know when ovulation happens exactly unless you test for it with an ovulation test. If you just estimate when ovulation occurred, then yes you are at risk to get pregnant if you had sex 4 days from ovulation. Emergency contraception - Plan B is available otc or prescribed by an md, it needs to be started within 72 hours from intercourse to be effective at preventing a pregnancy.
