This is how. : You think that with your tube tied, the chances of pregnancy are low, so it's happened and shouldn't happen again. In fact when your tube are tied no sperm should get thru, now that you got pregnant, we know there is a passage that is open thru which other sperm can get thru. It's as if your tube were never tied, except it's worse. You can get an ectopic.
