Breakthru bleeding : Depending on how long you have been taking the medication breakthrough bleeding can be quite common although it can also be a sign of noncompliance. So often times changing the type of birth control can reduce or eliminate breakthrough bleeding. Make sure you take the medication at the same time each day and whatever time is best for you to remember so you don't miss any doses if it continues contact your doctor to discuss alternative birth control methods or medications.
