Morel likely boils: Herpetic lesions typically do not leave scar eventhough they can cause severe pain when the occur. Boils may leave scars if large and severe enough to causr distorsion of the tissues in center the infection/boil, at times causing the tissues to die, medically known as necrosis. If it is mild and treated early enough, scarring can be avoid.
