Vaginitis: Burning on urination is typical for a urinary tract infection. Vaginal burning without urination generally denotes inflammation of the vagina which can happen with certain stds as well as non sexually transmitted vaginal infections. You should get it checked out.

Might not: If you have burning and frequent urination, you might have an uti. Burning sensation in the vagina, especially if you have abnormal vaginal discharge are signs of vaginitis. You should see your primary care doctor or gyn to have it checked out.
