Good question: I am hopeful your daughter's transplant goes great. This is absolutely stressful and that can affect timing of your periods however, it's also possible you are pregnant. Probably will help you to know so you don't have to worry. A pregnancy test from the grocery will help answer the question. I hope all goes as well as possible.
