Yes: Labial size is variable for many women. However, labial hypertrophy (enlarged labia minora) can create discomfort during intercourse. Labiaplasty can reduce the size of the labia. It is a cosmetic surgery and does hurt, but the recovery is not as bad as it may sound. Make sure you see a doctor with experience in this type of surgery.
