Think again: What do you mean by "all of them were clean"? Do you expect persons with sexually transmitted infecions to look/smell/behave a certain way? The bump may have nothing to do with an sti but, you should be examined by a gynecologist or pcp who does women's health to get a diagnosis.

Several possibilitie: First off, never assume all of your sex partners were "clean". Even if they showed you recent negative std test results, as yet there is no routine blood test for human papilloma virus in males. This lump could be just a blocked follicle or cystic mass, or an hpv wart. Get it checked out.
