We have been trying to conceive for 2 months now had sex almost everyday, no pregnancy test but showing a lot of symptoms, what does bleeding mean?

Unclear: If you haven't taken a pregnancy test, that should be your next step. Bleeding can occur due to a period, threatened miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy or just implantation bleeding.

May be period: Implantation may result in spotting, but if you are bleeding more than that, it may be your period.
