Not if test is neg: Home pregnancy tests nowadays are very reliable. If you have had two tests which say you are not pregnant and you are following the directions for reading it correctly then you can rest assured that you are not pregnant.

Depends: If you did the test at 4-5 days after a missed period and did it correctly, you are unlikely to be pregnant. A negative test too early does not exclude pregnancy. Home test should be done 4-5 days after a missed period. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
