Possible cyst: It may simply be referred pain since all of our pelvic organs lie on the same muscular bed and pelvic nerves. It may also represent some type of cyst on the ovary as well. Since it is arouond the time of your period, a gyn may be the best to see if the pain becomes severe or debillitating.
