Ouch!: Pain is one of the body's great ways of telling us something is wrong! go see the doc that did your colonoscopy. Maybe you have a rectal fissure. For sure you have constipation. Drink lots of water, take a fiber supplement or better yet eat lots of veggies and fruit, take a stool softener.

Pain after endo: It sounds like you may have suffered an anal fissure during the procedure or after related to the constipation. You may also have some bleeding develop. Control of the constipation with stool softeners, fiber, and increased water intake will help. Surgery is effective for long term fissures that do not improve.
