A member asked:

Having aching pain behind left testis for 5 days. went 2 urologist and had us and the report is normal. no abnormalities found. what it could be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Orchalgia : The potential causes of orchalgia (testicular pain) are numerous and can be either direct, such as torsion, infection, tumor or trauma; or indirect such as a ureteral stone, lower spine disorder or indirect inguinal hernia. Post-vasectomy orchalgia may be due to sperm granuloma, congestive epididymitis or nerve entrapment.
