Not all women do: The lesser amount of hormones, the less chance for wt gain, my #1 pill i prescribe is loloestrin , only 10 mcg estrogen it is the lowest dose combo pill, for my pts that are your age if you are using birth control strictly for birth control and no other reason i would strongly rec in office essure tubal , easy , safe minimal pain, takes 5 minutes, miss less than 1/2 day work covered by insurnace.
