You might have a UTI, even if the symptoms aren't quite the same as before. Irritation from sex also is possible. Also an STI like gonorrhea or chlamydia could cause such symptoms, and you're at the peak age for STI risk. See a doctor for professional evaluation and testing. Good luck.

Depending on the position The sensitive area of the bladder base- called the trigone can get irritated and give these symptoms. Try using a different position to avoid that. Drink plenty of water and empty your bladder after sex. I think you will be OK good luck
