A member asked:

Not a medical question but a doctor's comment would really help. i have some cleaning obsessions and it's unpleasant when sperm ends up on my body. i use hot water and soap, but people say that's bad. does this routine wash semen off %100?

Semen/sperm are simple biological materials that dry out and become inactive/dead debris of no more importance than the dirt/dust in the environment. Perhaps it is the issue of sexual activity that makes you uncomfortable, but humans are wired for participation in that activity. Any pre-occupation that interferes with enjoyment of life should bring you to a life coach to teach you how to master it

Soap and water is sufficient to wash off semen/sperm. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health! Safe sex: https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/wellness-and-prevention/safer-sex-guidelines
