When should i be able to pull my foreskin back, i am 14?

The foreskin should be retractable by age 4-5. If it has never been retracted before but does not cause discomfort during an erection it should not be a problem. Gradual efforts to retract it over several weeks may be successful. If this is tight & uncomfortable I would consult a urologist for guidance on what you need. Do not try to force a tight foreskin back as permanent injury can result.

about now. Try pulling pack gently as far back as you can without discomfort and then bring it forward again when done. Do this a couple of times a day and gradually it should become supple, Never leave it back. Good luck
