Only if stuck: Ur getting on in years to have only now pulled back foreskin fir first time. It should always be returned over the glans to avoid parphimosis. U may require some prescription strength steroid cream to apply to tight area of foreskin if you have phimosis (tight foreskin).

A 18-year-old male asked:
When the foreskin is pulled back and stuck and swollen, what is that called?

Dr. Edward Cherullo answered

Paraphimosis: This can become a very serious problem if enough swelling occurs to impair blood flow to the end of the penis or restrict urination. See a physician or go to an urgent care faculty urgently.

A 47-year-old member asked:
What to do if I pulled back my foreskin and I can't masturbate anymore?
1 doctor answer • 3 doctors weighed in

Dr. Fletcher Derrick answered
Urology 63 years experience
Replace foreskin: Push foreskin back over the head. To leave it back may cause it to act like a tourniquet causing the head to swell. Then you may need help from Doc to get it back. Of course, daily, pull it back in the shower, cleanse well, wash off soap and leave it over the head. Try some lube when you have sex or masturbate so it will slip and slide. If too much trouble. You may need a circumcision.
