I used my friends razor who has told me has genital warts on my genitalia.i am a virgin and this can be the only viable route for transmission i believe i could be exposed.i have noticed some warts on my penile shaft a month or two after, is this hpv?

All warts are caused by HPV; if your penile bumps indeed are warts, it's HPV. But there are other causes of skin bumps; see a doctor for proper diagnosis. Second, the exposure mentioned is very low risk, but it is theoretically possible to acquire HPV in this manner and it might be the explanation if the bumps are warts and if you used the shared razor to shave the area where they appeared.
