I'm also puzzled by that prescription for groin pain. Does he/she consider you to be experiencing erectile dysfunction, difficulty urinating, or prostate problems? Were you checked for the presence of an inguinal hernia? Strained inguinal ligament from playing sports? If your symptoms persist, a revisit or a second opinion would be in order.

I do not know of using tadalafil for any kind of pain. Best is to call the Urologist and ask for the reason. Hope it was not a mistake . It will not interact with the meds - if you do take it
