A partial venous leak could do it . If you want it evaluated /confirmed pl find a Urologist radiologist specializing in it- preferably at an academic center. Good luck

37 yr old, erections seem fine when standing or sitting. When Im having sex with partner while laying down, they dont seem to be as hard. We can have sex but erection is weaker. Worried it could be venous leakage. Is this possible, position ED?
