: Ultrasound does not show infection but anatomic changes. You did not say fluid buildup- where?. Wearing a scrotal support, local heat to the area and Ibuprofen may help. If not better pl see a Urologist. maturbation should be OK if not done for a prolonged period of time. Hope you do well.
