I had a vasectomy in august. i recently started having discomfort. i have a small nodule that has gotten smaller but not gone away, nsaids help. likely sperm granuloma. but it's in the middle of the "line" and not the end. is this normal?

You should see the doctor who performed your vasectomy to have this area evaluated and to see if any treatment is needed. That is the only way to know for sure what is going on and to get it treated, if needed. So, call your doctor and have it evaluated. Good luck to you!
