It is a little more complicated than the image of a hollow container of fluid emptying . The prostatic fluid is secreted continuous on demand and the seminal vesicle continues to get filled with sperms too- only the part filling them 'emptying' out on ejaculation as they are being 'filled'

To continue, the wet spot (without traces) when I woke up could be semen leakage, prostatic or seminal vesicle fluid, urine or it can be sweat? I was told semen can leak in a small amount (I also do semen retention). So is this why it occured?
