Get evaluated : Pain in pregnancy needs to be evaluated. Since you are pregnant with twins this is high risk pregnancy. Hopefully your midwife is a cnm (certified nurse midwife) who works closely with an obgyn and possibly a maternal fetal medicine specialist.
