See answer : If you compare the results with the 2010 world health organization reference values for normal semen parameters, this semen sample is close to being within normal limits: sperm count very good, morphology adequate, and motility and vitality slightly low. Not knowing any further details, might consider a repeat semen sample at some point given variability that can occur. Hope this helps.
