Hello, i had sex 3 weeks ago (everything protected except oral sex). everything good but yesterday i observed some red dots on my penis head and foreskin (not hurting or anything). it might be yeast infection? i will see an urologist but in april?

Red spots on the head of the penis, usually under the foreskin, usually is due to balanitis. No STD is a likely cause and this probably has nothing to do with the sexual exposure. Keep the area clean -- retract foreskin and wash with soap and water once a day. Probably the problem will clear up; keep your urology appointment if it doesn't.

From description not yeast. Keep area clean and apply otc cortisone ointment for a week. Keep your appointment if not better Good luck
