This has the hallmarks of a pustule or infected ingrown hair or cyst. It should be seen by your MD or gynecologist for proper treatment. In the meantime apply warm,wet compresses for 15 minutes, pat dry and apply an antibacterial cream or ointment. Spreading redness,increased pain,swelling or tenderness would be concerning for spreading infection & evaluation would be an urgent need.
