: This would be unlikely. The germ does not pass with casual contact like staph or strep germs. It appears to require a direct skin to skin transfer from infected skin to a receptive genital or oral skin surface. The mechanical contact is part of transmission. That said, we never say never in medicine. Wash your hands more often.
