Hi i'm 27 years old women,had hard swelling painless lump on labia majora and it disappeared by its own can it be syphilis?

No way to...: There is no way to assure you what this is until you get examined,and if the lesion is not there any longer then tested for syphilis. Certainly, in the first stage syphilis presents with a painless lesion which looks more like an ulcer, solitary and it disappears on its own. However the infection remains and it shows later with other symptoms. See your doctor for formal exam and testing.
