If you mean sex toys, it easily could happen if used by an HPV infected and uninfected person during sex together; or if used by someone else very soon, with wet sexual fluids still present. Probably little or no risk if fluids have dried. All sex toys should be cleaned or disinfected between use, in which case zero risk. (If you mean kids' toys, of course no risk at all.)
