It could be due to Covid altering your smell or 'really smelly stools' caused by the kind of food you eat and change in bowel bacteria- or both. Best is to get checked by your doc. Hope you do well

Change in the odor of the store is not a usual symptom of Covid. Covid certainly can affect the ability to smell and taste, however, and perhaps recovering from the Covid you are noticing this smell more. Regardless, it is not a usual symptom and should be a valuated by your primary care doctor if it persists. Good luck.
