Im 27 year old male. i had this bad habit of wiping my penis head with tissue paper each time i pee. and because of this, the skin at the tip of my penis head started to tear little by little. now it's torn 2mm on both sides of my tip. help me please?

Quit doing this habit and leave the site alone. It will heal or scar based on the local healing potential. Given that urine will come through several times a day there is no effective way to keep it at total rest to heal and no therapy likely to make a difference.

stop the wipe. apply OTC cotisporin cream and it will heal soon- and you will be fine.
