I started combination birth control pill, femovan a week ago and since the last 2 days i have been experiencing a bit of indigestion, stomach ache and acidity. is it ok if i take eno (sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate and citric acid) ?

Ask OB-GYN? He/She would be able to advise you. I, personally, don’t think that there would be a problem.

Yes, that combination of antacids will not affect the oral contraceptives. They will still remain effective. If your heartburn symptoms persist longer than two weeks of treatment with over-the-counter antacids, see your doctor or a gastroenterologist. Good luck.
