I have had patients with penile implants but they were much older than you. Before going that route I'd ask your prescribing MD to collaborate with the pharmacist in looking for which of your meds could be contributing to your ED & whether changes in your meds could be tried. Is your finesteride prescribe for treating thinning hair or prostatic hypertrophy and how much does it contribute to ED?

The meds you are taking may cause your ED too. Best is to be evaluated at an academic center with a Urologist specializing in ED and then a correct line of treatment can be worked out between your Psych. and him/her. Best of luck
